THERMOPLASTIC, ELASTOMERIC SEALANT


Master Tube Caulking is a one-part, thermoplastic, elastomeric sealant that provides a high performance, flexible seal in glazing and siding applications.

  • Basic Uses - Tube caulking can be used for face bedding and cap bead in glazing application and sealing of mitre joints in window profiles. For siding, tube caulking is used in metal and PVC siding applications for window and door cap, fascia, J-trim, F-channel, crown moulding and perimeter sealing of residential windows and doors. 10.3 fl. oz. tubes.


  • Standard Colors - White, Dark Brown, Slate Blue, Slate Bronze & Stone Grey.


  • Joint Design - May be used in any vertical or horizontal joint design in accordance with accepted architectural / engineering practice. Movement should not exceed 12.5% of the minimum joint width.


  • Application - Tube caulking is easy to apply with conventional caulking equipment. Fill joint completely and tool. At 75°F (23.9°C), 50% R.H. Tube caulking will skin in 5 to 10 minutes and become tack free in 30 minutes.


  • Maintenance - Damaged sealant can be repaired.

All test results are based on laboratory tests. Specific job site conditions should be taken into consideration when specifying the proper fastener.
